My name is Kodi Blu but those that really know me call me Blubird. My interest in textile arts started in 2016, when I decided to teach myself how to sew because I went from working 60+ hours a week to being a 'stay-at-home mom' & i was not feelin' it - having my own source of income has always been importabt to me & idle hands are the Devil's playground.

While I have sewn a wide range of items, my preference is by far bag making. In addition to sewing, I also draw and digitally design (occasionally), refinish furniture & all types of woodwork, and various other arts.

In other news, I am a plant & animal lover and the human mind fascinates me. After highschool I went to college for Clinical Psychlogy & I hope to return again soon for Criminal Psychology. But most of the time I am a huge introvert and actually feel the absolute best when I am creating! Thank you for checking out my page & I hope you return!
